Challenge
A large luxury brand car dealership in suburban Atlanta wanted to institute an official dress code that was loyal to a highly respected world-renowned brand yet reflected the dealership’s own unique company culture.

Insight
We worked with the General Manager and Human Resource Director to create a functional package of guidelines for the different departments that provide both clear wardrobe parameters and styling suggestions.

Result
A policy that empowers the dealership’s leaders with an effective tool for brand management and providing constructive feedback to employees, while the employees have clear, realistic and specific wardrobe options.

Can you work with couples together?
A:
Yes, to some extent and certainly in pricing. The programs and processes are the same but the individual style assessments will dictate the shopping logistics.

Can someone really conquer his/her fear of public speaking?
A:
Great question. Quite possibly but we more importantly we focus on teaching the techniques to perform presentations that are authentically powerful, effective and memorable such that the fear won’t impede you.
